Key Manufacturing Textiles of Northampton PA, a custom cutting and binding services company that serves a variety of apparel and textile manufacturers across the Eastern United States, is now operating under the ownership of FesslerUSA based in Orwigsburg, PA. Walter Meck, CEO of FesslerUSA, says that.. “this acquisition is consistent with our long term strategic plan to maintain control of our vertical manufacturing capabilities allowing us to best serve our customers.” Key Manufacturing Textiles will continue to operate under the same name and at it’s current location at 902 Main Street in Northampton PA. Dick Brown, Key’s Operations Manager for the past twelve years will continue to be responsible for managing all production and operations.
